Are you guilty of poking fun at soft-skills?? For decades they’ve been harassed and bullied “who are you – you’re not as important as skills!”, name called ‘warm & fuzzy’ and sent packing when it comes to recruitment selection & competencies and skillsets.

AT last – 2023 is their year and they’ve come roaring to the forefront wearing the superhero cape of ‘Power Skills’!

Organisations – from family-owned small businesses to large companies – are embracing power skills and finally identifying, and investing in, the informal leaders in their workplace who people naturally look to and follow.
