Session 1

  • Research shows compared with men, women don’t consider themselves as ready for promotions, predict they’ll do worse on tests, and generally underestimate their abilities.
  • Participants will identify the origin of this disparity – nature vs nurture
  • Learn to identify your ‘toxic coach’ (inner dialogue)

Session 2

  • Differences in cognitive ability
  • How to re-energise introverts & extroverts in a work environment
  • Biology of introversion / extroversion
  • Trait strengths & weaknesses
  • How to adapt communication styles to gain better outcomes
  • How to create the environment for each to thrive
  • Understanding the disparity between men and women in both verbal & non-verbal communication
  • Understanding non-verbal communication, & individual triggers, to improve interactions
  • Capacity to self-assess body language, understand impact on others & alter communication style to improve outcomes
  • Build self-awareness and self-regulation
  • Inspiring camaraderie, trust, & loyalty in those around you

  • Imposter Syndrome stops females from stepping up and stepping forward
