Leadership Development Programs work within the frameworks of personality and behaviour with the added variable of ‘humanness’. Due to the nature of human behaviour - differences in learning abilities, cognitive understanding, and willingness to adopt change – Shiift does not warrant, undertake, or guarantee pre-determined outcomes for each participant. It is the participant’s responsibility to acquire, adopt, implement, and evolve with exposure to new learnings.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund upon cancellation; however if cancellation is within 48hrs of the program, 75% of fee shall be refunded.

I (the participant) agree to abide by any decisions of staff relative to my ability to safely participate in this program. I assume all risks associated, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and the conditions of the venue. All such things being known and appreciated by me, having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting this application, I waive and release this website, its business, officers and directors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in such events, even though that liability may arise out of any alleged or unintended negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities named above.
